Our ATF operates in strict accordance with:
- The Environmental Protection Act 1990
- The End-of-Life Vehicles Regulations 2003
- Environment Agency Guidance
All hazardous materials including engine oil, transmission fluid, fuel, brake fluid and batteries are removed and disposed of by licensed waste carriers.
We maintain a full waste management and duty of care documentation for every vehicle processed.
